The Day Spa
手前みそながら、弊社オリジナルのボディオイルとフェイスオイルをトリートメントで使用しています。アーユルヴェーダ×アロマセラピーという東洋と西洋のいいとこ取りの製品なのです。仕事柄、いろんなブランドのオイルを使用してきましたが…これは唯一無二の逸品です。今回開業に当たり、様々な製品を検討しましたが…これに勝るものはありませんでした（笑）。あくまで私の好みですが、ぜひいろんな方にこのオイルの素晴らしさを体感していただきたいです！
PROFILE
高校卒業後、美容学校に進学し美容師免許取得するも、そのまま美容師にはならずに渡米。趣味で幼少から続けてきたマーチングバンドに没頭する。
帰国後、頭皮トリートメント（クリームバス＋ヘナ）専門店で音楽を続けながらアルバイトを始める。
マッサージに興味が湧き、フェイシャルや全身のトリートメントと英語を更に学ぶ為、再度渡米。カリフォルニア州ロサンゼルスにあるElegante Beauty CollageにてEsthetic Courseを修了。当時、ツインタワーの同時多発テロが起こり、留学生がそのまま米国で就業することが困難になり、やむなく帰国。
実務経験がない中での就活の末、現株式会社ザ・デイ・スパに出会う。
老舗高級旅館、東伊豆「望水」内Heavenly Spa GECCAのオープニングスタッフとして採用される。その後、関東リゾートエリアの新店舗や初となる東京支店の立ち上げ、店長、エリアマネージャー等を経て、長年「ハイアットリージェンシー東京」内Spa&Wellness JOULEの統括を担当。会社の成長と共に様々な業務に携わりながら、現在は化粧品輸入代理店業務のブランドトレーナーとして主に従事。社内教育以外にもファイブスターホテルスパの取引先への知識＋実技トレーニングを担当。
勤続15年以上になり、現在も会社と共に成長し続け、この度独立・開業もチャレンジする運びとなる。

セラピストになりたての頃、面接で必ず聞かれたことがありました。
「あなたはどんなセラピストになりたいですか？」
右も左も分からない、何もなかった私ですが「オンリーワンのセラピストです！」と答えていたのを今でもはっきりと覚えています。
15年以上経った今でもその想いは変わらず、いつかは自分にしかできない、こだわりのお店を持ちたいと漠然と考えていました。
この度、それが現実のものとなり、ここからまた新たなステージに入ることにドキドキしながらもワクワクしています。これまでに経験してきたすべてを注ぎこみ、ゲストの皆さまのパワースポットになれるよう精進します！
ちなみに、昨今はスキンケアマニア化しているので、当店にご来店いただく際はぜひ一度はフェイシャルをご体験いただきたいです。最高の美肌に仕上げることが喜びです！

-After graduating high school, Nozomi proceeded to go to cosmetology school and graduated with her cosmetology license.
Despite her career path decision, she went to America to pursue her dream to be part of Drum Corps in the US, something she was passionate about since she was in elementary school.
When she came back from the US she started working at a salon that specialized in Thai cream-bath/henna while also staying involved in her musical activities.
When her passion for massage grew, she once again traveled to the US to study body massage/treatment, facial treatment, and English. She studied in Los Angeles California and completed the Esthetic Course at Elegante Beauty College.
As a result of the 9/11 terrorist attacks, students who were from abroad were facing difficulty getting jobs in the US. Because of this she decided to come back home to Japan.
With little experience in the field, she stumbled upon “The Day Spa” where she worked for many years. She was then selected as one of the first crews of “Bosui Izu Heavenly Spa” in East Izu.
With her experience as one of the crews for a new salon, she was promoted to Store Manager at multiple locations in Tokyo, and then to Area Manager of Tokyo. With her growth with the company she is currently the Brand Trainer of the international skin care product.
In addition to her role of training the company’s staff, she is also in charge of training in some of the Five Star Hotel spas, both in hands-on training and product knowledge training.
After being with the company for 15 years she decided to take another step to challenge herself to have her own salon, while still looking to grow herself with the company and balance her career and her personal life with her loving family.
